Since starting with Empower in 2003, Matt has worked across Australia in various project and leadership roles, before commencing in his current role as National General Manager Australia in 2007.

Commencing in the industry in 1987, Matt’s 35-plus years of industry experience across Australia, and knowledge of the market that Empower operates in, makes him an asset to any project. Matt leads a project from start to finish and provides direction to ensure clarity is obtained and delivered.

Matt’s diverse range of project and infrastructure skills cover infrastructure master planning, strategic planning and development planning, detailed permanent works and temporary works design, as well as whole of life infrastructure operation (feasibility, planning, design, construction and maintenance) gained from long-term roles in both local and state government, as well as the private sector.
