In Australia, Empower has delivered a wide range of infrastructure for the Department of Defence, including the design and construction of 80 housing units at RAAF Base Darwin and infrastructure upgrades at numerous defence sites nationwide. Our capabilities are also leveraged by BMD across their defence portfolio, with Empower providing key contractor services on multiple projects.

Our involvement in complex programs such as the Australian Army’s Community Assistance Program (AACAP) demonstrates our ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders—including traditional owners, land councils, and government agencies—to deliver infrastructure aligned to both defence objectives and local community needs.
